City Councillor Pat Fortini Announces Bid for Regional Councillor Wards 7 & 8
The Voice of Canada News It has been my privilege to serve as the City Councillor for Wards 7 & 8 for the past four years. Together with the residents we have achieved many positive results. However, there is still a lot more work to be done both at the City and Regional level. I have been listening to the concerns of residents and I will continue to advocate on their behalf.
I am proud to represent the interests of Wards 7 & 8 that is why, I am announcing that I have registered to run as the Regional Councillor for Wards 7 & 8 in the upcoming Municipal Election in October, 2018.
When I was first elected in 2014, I promised the voters of my wards that I would champion change at City Hall. Residents of Brampton had spoken loud and clear about the need for new leadership. As Regional Councillor I am committed to working hard to ensure residents in Brampton have equal and fair opportunities.
Serving the residents of Wards 7 and 8 has always been my top priority. Their concerns, suggestions, comments and advice continue to inspire me to work harder to build a community we can all proudly call home. Together we can make a difference for our families, our communities and our city.
