14th Annual Toronto Waterfront Festival Returns with a Splash

DATES:                 September 14-15, 2024 

TIME:                    10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Saturday and 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday. 

WHERE:              Sugar Beach (11 Dockside Drive)

Broadcast Trucks – please call Victoria Mahoney at 416-464-7606 on arrival for directions and location to park trucks.

WHAT:

  • Listen to emerging artists from The Remix Project and experience pop-up entertainment presented by Redpath Sugar.
  • Walk the plank with Pirate Life Theatre and see a real-life pirate ship.
  • Meet the crew of the Canadian Armed Forces and learn what life is like as a military member.
  • Hear the Royal Canadian Navy’s very own band and enjoy a unique VR experience at their booth.
  • Sail on Toronto’s own tall ship, Empire Sandy, as she leaves for cruises throughout the event.
  • Enjoy delicious eats from local food vendors in the Billy Bishop Airport Picnic Lounge onsite.
  • Interactive cultural activities from Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation & Moccasin Identifier.
  • Free fitness classes from UNITY Fitness, presented by Menkes Developments.
  • Snap a selfie with Lucky the 10ft Rubber Duck and grab tons of free giveaways from partners.
  • Fun crafts and games for kids from Live Green Toronto.

Interviews are available onsite or leading up to the event with festival producers as well as program spokespeople from Canine Watersports Canada, Armed Forces, Royal Canadian Navy and more.
