Rosalea Park Tennis Facility includes three new high-quality asphalt acrylic tennis courts. During the winter months, the courts are covered by an air-supported dome, offering year-round access to the tennis courts. The facility will be operated in partnership with Premier Racquet Clubs (PRC). A variety of programs will be available at the new facility, including:

  • City of Brampton recreational tennis lessons for parent and child, youth, adults and seniors (offered by PRC on behalf of the City of Brampton at the rate of typical city user fees).
  • Court bookings for drop-in play (offered through PRC).
  • Group lessons, high-performance programs and tournaments (offered through PRC).

As Brampton is home to more than 153,000 youth ages 14-29, programming at the tennis facility will prioritize youth engagement. Residents can visit brampton.ca/recreation for more information on programs and schedules.

This new facility adds to the more than 60 outdoor tennis courts in Brampton. The City invested $6.8 million to develop the Rosalea Park Tennis Facility, and in the 2024 Budget, Brampton allocated an additional $2 million to revitalize 23 tennis courts across the city.
