Congress Party Holds Protest in Chandigarh Against False Chargesheet Filed Against Leadership

The Chandigarh unit of the Indian National Congress today staged a strong protest outside the Rajiv Gandhi Congress Bhawan, Sector 35, condemning the filing of a false and frivolous chargesheet against senior party leaders, including Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and others.

The protest was led by H.S. Lucky, President of the Chandigarh Pradesh Congress Committee, who termed the chargesheet as a politically motivated act aimed at maligning the image of the party’s top leadership.

Speaking at the demonstration, H.S. Lucky stated, “This is a clear misuse of power and an attempt to suppress the voice of the opposition. We will not be intimidated by such tactics. The Congress party stands united and resolute in the face of these unjust actions.”

The protest saw participation from numerous Congress workers and leaders who raised slogans and held placards in support of the party leadership, demanding that the false charges be withdrawn immediately.

The Chandigarh Congress has vowed to continue its peaceful protests and legal battle to expose the truth behind the baseless allegations.
