GMCH Chandigarh Announces Revised Summer Timings for Sector-32 and Sector-48 Campuses

The Government Medical College & Hospital (GMCH), Chandigarh, has announced revised summer timings for its Sector-32 main campus and South Campus at Sector-48. These timings will be effective from May 16, 2025, to July 23, 2025, as part of seasonal adjustments to streamline patient care during the hotter months.
According to the official notification, the new schedule is as follows:
GMCH-32 (Main Campus)
- OPD Registration: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- OPD Consultation Hours: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Blood Collection Centre: 7:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
GMCH-48 (South Campus)
- OPD Consultation Hours: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
- Blood Collection Centre: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
The hospital administration clarified that Emergency Services at both campuses will continue to operate 24×7 without any change.
These revised timings aim to enhance patient convenience and hospital efficiency during the summer season. Patients are advised to plan their visits accordingly.
