Justice Arun Palli Appointed as Chief Justice of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court

The Hon’ble President of India has appointed Justice Arun Palli, currently serving as a Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.

This appointment has been made in exercise of the powers conferred by the Constitution of India, following consultation with the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India. Justice Palli will assume his new role from the date he formally takes charge of the office.

Justice Arun Palli is a senior judge with extensive judicial experience, and his elevation is expected to further strengthen the administration of justice in the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh region.
