Kazin Almaty Appoints Abdul Moktadir as Head of MICE, F&B & Ground Operations

Kazin Almaty is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Abdul Moktadir as Head of MICE, F&B & Ground Operations, effective May 2025.

A highly respected figure in the Almaty community, Mr. Moktadir has been a resident of the city for over two decades and brings with him a wealth of local insight and strong grassroots connections. His deep understanding of the local landscape and community dynamics makes him an invaluable asset to the Kazin Almaty team.

In his new role, Mr. Moktadir will lead our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) division — a cornerstone of our business — and oversee all Food & Beverage operations and on-ground logistics. His responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, ensuring service excellence, and executing high-impact events and programs that reflect Kazin’s commitment to quality and cultural authenticity.
