Madan Lal Garg unanimously nominated President of Property Consultants Association

Chandigarh  :  The Property Consultants Association (Regd.) Chandigarh is the oldest & biggest Association registered in 1997 and is the custodian of the original Association. The Association has more than 550 regular members. The accounts of the Association is audited by the Chartered Account every year. On the basis of the audited balance sheet, the Income Tax Return(ITR) of the Association is filed every year.

More than 150 valid members  attended  the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association. Gurnam Singh Saini, the existing President of the Association has intimated that the tenure of his term has expired and he is not interested to be continue on the post. He declared the election of next President and asked the members to come forward for the Presidentship. None came forward. The house unanimously nominated Mr. Madan Lal Garg as next President of the Association. The house consented for the nomination by raising hands and garlanded him. Gurnam Singh Saini outgoing President was nominated as Chairman of the Association. Kuljit Singh Mintoo, Chief Pattern, Pawan Kumar Gupta Finance Secretary, Punit Garg Gen. Secretary, Naresh Thaman Chief Spokes Person were leading on the house. Madan Lal Garg emphasized that he will fight for the welfare of the members. He assured the members that he will be available every time to them in the hours of need. He will pursue matters with the UT Administration and Chandigarh Housing Board like opening of floorwise sale, reduction in collector rate, reduction in property tax, delinking of building violation in transfer/ mutation of property or any other problem happened to be faced by the members in the course of business.
