MP Sahota Invites All Young Canadians to Apply to the Brampton North Youth Council

Ruby Sahota, the re-elected Member of Parliament for Brampton North, is inviting all young Canadians in Brampton from 13-26 years old to apply to join the 2020 Brampton North Youth Council.

What: The Brampton North Youth Council is an opportunity for youth to learn about Canada’s political process, discuss their viewpoints on issues, and most importantly, get involved in their communities.

When: The Constituency Youth Council will meet once a month from January 2020 to August 2020.

Why: Giving youth a voice is vital to our government. A youth perspective brings a new light to issues touching our community, and our country. The Brampton North Youth Council will be working hard to be the youth voice for our community and ensuring their thoughts and concerns are raised and addressed in Ottawa.
