Ritesh Arora Appointed as Director of Human Resources at The Lodhi, New Delhi

With an impressive career spanning over 28 years in the field of human resources, Mr. Arora brings a wealth of experience in HR operations, talent management, and organizational development, making him a valuable addition to the leadership team.
In his new role, Mr. Arora will oversee the hotel’s entire human resources function, including recruitment, employee training, performance management, and policy development. His primary focus will be to drive operational efficiency while fostering a strong workplace culture, aligned with the organization’s strategic growth objectives.

He previously served as Director of Human Resources at Hilton Hotels Worldwide and Head of Human Resources at The Oberoi Hotels Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in talent management, training and development, policy formulation, and performance management.

Additionally, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR & IR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. His academic background, combined with his vast professional experience, positions him as a strategic leader in the field.
