
43rd Idol Installation Anniversary Celebrated at Shri Sanatan Dharma Mandir, Sector 11

The 43rd anniversary of the idol installation was celebrated at Shri Sanatan Dharma Mandir, Sector 11. The event began with the worship of the idols in the morning, followed by a havan (sacred fire ritual). Later, devotional singing (bhajans), aarti, and distribution of prasad (sanctified food) took place.
Arunesh Agrawal, the president of the temple committee, stated that the idols have been installed for 43 years, yet they still appear as beautiful as if they were installed just today. The temple is currently undergoing beautification. The design has been prepared by an architect from Ayodhya, and materials have also been brought from Ayodhya. Stones from Bansi Paharpur have been used at the main entrance and on the walls, enhancing the temple’s grandeur. Devotees from far and wide are visiting to witness the beautification.

On this occasion, Anoop Sareen, founder of Indian Cultural Knowledge and a renowned social worker, along with his associates—Rajesh, Naresh Goyal, Dharmbahadur, Sanjeev Singla, Rajesh Kumar, H.L. Agrawal, Beenu Singla, V.S. Chaudhary, and Dr. Yashpal Sharma—were honored with copies of the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita.
Treasurer Rakesh Gupta, Women’s President Mrs. Ram Murti Bansal, and Manager Mrs. Payal Gupta were also present during the event.
