Likeminded Positive Connections to Host Mother’s Day Gala Season 2 in Brampton

Likeminded Positive Connections Incorporation is set to host its much-anticipated Mother’s Day Gala – Season 2, a multicultural celebration honoring mothers, community leaders, and trailblazers. The event will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM at Speranza Banquet Hall.

The gala will bring together families, friends, and community members for an evening of recognition, networking, and entertainment. Highlights include a red carpet “Best Attire” contest for mothers with a $200 prize, mystery judges, a professional dance performance by Azucar Picante Entertainment Inc., a 360° photobooth experience, keynote address by Susan Fennell, and a variety of cultural entertainment. Guests will also enjoy buffet appetizers and dinner, gift baskets, giveaways, and a vibrant community atmosphere.

The event is led by Ms. Sukhbir Singh, Director of Likeminded Positive Connections Incorporation. An Indo-Canadian community leader, social worker, and events organizer, Ms. Singh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and has been recognized by the Parliament of Canada for her contributions. Known for her innovative and inclusive approach, she has built a diverse platform that has positively impacted thousands through community engagement, networking, and empowerment initiatives.
