Verification and Reconciliation of Outstanding Dues of CHB Properties through Public Camp

The Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) has informed all allottees/transferees of residential dwelling units and commercial properties allotted or transferred under the Leasehold, License, Hire Purchase, Rental and Tenancy schemes (except Freehold properties) under the jurisdiction of the Chandigarh Housing Board that they may verify their outstanding dues online by visiting the following link:
https://payonline.chb.gov.in/AccountStatement/Show
All concerned are advised to check the account statement pertaining to their respective properties and verify the outstanding dues reflected therein.
In case any discrepancy is noticed in the account statement or the dues shown on the portal, the concerned allottee/transferee may visit the office of the Chandigarh Housing Board along with the original payment receipts and other supporting documents for reconciliation of accounts.
A public camp for reconciliation of accounts shall be conducted as per the prescribed schedule.
All allottees/transferees are requested to avail themselves of this opportunity and get any discrepancies rectified within the stipulated period.
It is further informed that after the expiry of the prescribed period, the Chandigarh Housing Board shall finalise the outstanding dues as per its official records and demand notices for recovery of such dues shall be issued accordingly.
