Brampton On Stage unveils January to May 2024 season; lineup includes Tegan and Sara, Rupi Kaur and Tynomi Banks
The Voice of Canada News : Brampton On Stage has announced its highly anticipated January to May 2024 season, promising a spectacular lineup of both local and world-class performances and entertainment at The Rose, Lester B. Pearson (LBP) and Cyril Clark.
Headlining the season are renowned artists and performers, including Canadian music duo Tegan and Sara, Brampton-raised Rupi Kaur, and legendary Canadian drag performer Tynomi Banks. The full season features a dynamic and exciting variety of Brampton-based and international talent, spanning all types of performing arts, offering something for everyone.
Tickets for each show go on sale for Brampton On Stage Encore members on Thursday, November 16 and become available to the public for purchase on Friday, November 17, with prices ranging from $10 to $89 per ticket.
Brampton on Stage Encore memberships are also available for purchase year-round, allowing members to gain points towards free tickets, providing early access to tickets before public sales, an invitation to Season Launch events and more.

Recognizing Brampton’s 50th birthday, Chapter 50: Telling the story of Brampton’s past, present and future in 2024, Brampton On Stage will shine a spotlight on the community’s incredible talent. The season includes 70 shows across four venues and 36 Brampton-focused events, featuring local artists, including 12 This Is Brampton curators and eight co-presentations from Brampton-based artists and arts organizations. These celebratory programs reflect the diversity, cultures, and interests that make Brampton unique.
This is Brampton series, provides an open platform for local talent and creative entrepreneurs, is also a key part of the January to May 2024 season. The program provides an opportunity for multi-disciplinary artistic and audience development, with performances in The Rose Studio, at LBP and on The Rose Mainstage. The January to May 2024 This is Brampton series will include; Tales from The Joke Keepers, Rising Vibes, Bluebird Brampton, Stand-Up Stitches. B-Jazzed, HYPE, Drivewire, QueeriAHcity, Crate Clash, Immigrants With Attitude, Flower City Slam, and Re-Imagined: A Theatre Concert.
