Brampton Shooting Leads to Murder Investigation

Region of Peel – Investigators from the Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau have commenced an investigation into the death of a man in Brampton.
On Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at 11 pm, emergency services received a call in regards to a shooting that took place in the area of Ray Lawson Boulevard and McLaughlin Road in the City of Brampton.
Officers and paramedics located the victim in life threatening condition and he was transported to hospital by Peel Regional Paramedic Services. Despite the best efforts of first responders and medical staff, the victim died as a result of the injuries he sustained.
The victim has been identified as Adrian Ebonka, a 20-year-old man from Brampton.
