This year marks the 102nd celebration of The Warriors’ Day Parade. This year’s focus is honouring the Women of the Canadian Armed Forces, Emergency Services and The Homefront.

The Warriors’ Day Parade is an important annual Canadian tradition that started in 1921 and is a significant event for Veterans and the brave people who currently serve in Canada’s military, their families, and members of the public.

Brampton City Council and Brampton Transit are proud to honour the accomplishments and sacrifices of all Canadian Armed Forces members through the Brampton Transit Veteran Pass Program. Veterans who are residents of Brampton can ride Brampton Transit for free when they show their valid Brampton Transit Veteran Pass upon boarding.
