In the latest all-program draw held on October 10th, 2023, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 3,275 invitations to apply (ITAs). Candidates are required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 500 to receive ITAs. This draw follows the three consecutive draws held in the month of September 2023. IRCC has now invited candidates from each of the six new categories eligible under category-based selection.
