Chandigarh, 21 March Wednesday 2018: Department of Posts, ChandigarhDivision released a Special Cover on the event of Francophonie Week observed on 20th March in the Art Gallery of Alliance Francaise, Sector 36, Chandigarh.
The special cover released by Madam Rippan Dullet, IPoS, Sr. Superintendent of Post Offices, Chandigarh Division, Punjab Circle, Mr. M.L. Sarin, President, and Mr. Sylvain CHOIN Director of the institute.
The cover contains the picture of the Institute on the front side with watermark picture of “Le Corbusier” working on a project of Chandigarh. On the back side, there is information about International Francophonie Day.
