Born and raised in Canada, Ms. Singh holds a Bachelor’s of Social Work Degree, which reflects her deep commitment to service and community development. Her work spans several impactful roles: she is an organizer, a social worker, and the Director of Likeminded Positive Connections, a platform she created to bring together like-minded individuals and businesses.
Her professional endeavors are built on a foundation of inclusivity, creativity, and compassion. Ms. Singh’s initiatives have set trends in the industry and have drawn a diverse range of individuals and organizations to collaborate and network. Through her leadership, she has established vibrant communities, empowering over 10,000 individuals on both personal and professional levels.
A proud Indo-Canadian mother, Ms. Singh has been widely recognized for her contributions. She has received multiple accolades and awards from prominent figures such as Mayor Patrick Brown, MP Ruby Sahota of Brampton North, MPP Amarjot Sandhu of Brampton West, and MPP Deepak Anand of Mississauga-Malton. Additionally, Councillor Navjit Kaur Brar of Brampton Wards 2 and 6 has acknowledged her tireless community service efforts. She was also honored by the Associate Minister of Small Business, MPP Nina Tangri of Mississauga-Streetsville, for her coaching, mentoring, and business showcasing.
Her expertise in organizing large-scale events is evident in the success of business networking events, meet-and-greets, and impactful community celebrations. Notably, Ms. Singh spearheaded International Women’s Day events and consistently provides coaching and mentorship to businesses and individuals, fostering collective growth. Her well-known events, such as the Christmas Bash 2022 and Mother’s Day Gala 2023, have set high standards for community-focused gatherings, culminating in her Family and Friends Father’s Day Bash 2024.
Raised in Vaughan and deeply rooted in her Indian heritage, Ms. Singh has worked for over 16 years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Her work with youth, particularly those with special needs, is a testament to her commitment to making a positive change in society.
Ms. Singh’s leadership extends to overseeing multiple community groups and initiatives. She is dedicated to fostering an environment where businesses can flourish and individuals can come together to support each other. Most recently, she organized the First Annual Giving Thanks Award Celebration, recognizing influential leaders, social influencers, entrepreneurs, and community groups who have made a significant impact.
