Mayor launches issuance of clearance certificate facility on property tax

Raj Bala Malik, Mayor, Chandigarh launched the facility of issuing clearance certificate in respect of residential property tax paid by the residents of Chandigarh without making any request.

While launching this facility at the command and control centre at MCC office premises in presence of K.K.Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Anil Kumar Garg, Additional Commissioner, the Mayor said that the Corporation will issue near about 80000 certificates within 2 months time frame.

She said that people can now deposit their Property tax dues & simultaneously get the clearance certificate without making any request.
