Peel Regional Police – Arrest Made in Stabbing Investigation

Region of Peel -Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have charged a Brampton man in relation to a stabbing investigation.
On Saturday, November 14, 2020, 21 Division uniform officers attended a residence in the area of Clark Boulevard and Folkstone Crescent in the City of Brampton. Upon their arrival, they located a 22-year-old male victim from Brampton suffering from a stab wound to the chest. The victim was transported to a trauma centre where his injuries were determined to be non-life threatening.
On Saturday, November 15, 2020 at 9:10 p.m. investigators arrested and charged Omar Roberts, a 30-year-old man from Brampton with the following offences:
- Aggravated Assault
- Breach of Peace Bond
- Breach of Probation
Omar Roberts was held for a Bail Hearing and appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in the City of Brampton on Monday, November 16, 2020.
