Peel Regional Police – Missing 23-Year-Old Mississauga Man

Region of Peel – Officers from the 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing 23-year-old man from Mississauga.

Derick Freeman was last seen on Tuesday, June 7, 2020 at approximately 9:00 a.m., near his residence located in the area of Darcel Avenue and Etude Drive in the City of Mississauga.

Derick is described as male, Black, dark complexion, 5’8”, 150lbs, thin build, short black hair. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with “OTD “ on the front, black jogging pants with white and gold stripes down the legs, white Air Jordan running shoes and was carrying a brown backpack (possibly with gold lettering). Derick may or may not have the black facial hair seen in the attached photo.

Police believe that Derick may have made his way to the City of Toronto.

Police and family are concerned for Derick’s wellbeing.

Investigators from the 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are asking anyone who may have information about this matter, to call them at 905-453-2121, ext. 1233.
