Saint-Louis Forts and Châteaux National Historic Site will Exceptionally be Open in February

Parks Canada manages one of the finest and most extensive systems of protected natural and cultural heritage areas in the world, including national treasures such as Saint-Louis Forts and Châteaux National Historic Site, located underneath the Dufferin Terrace.
Parks Canada is excited to exceptionally open the doors to this unique archaeological crypt during the winter season, between February 8 and February 24, 2019. Under the theme of winter at the Château Saint-Louis, visitors will be able to discover the site at their own pace or take part in a thematic tour that will present the winter lifestyle of the time.
For the occasion, the site will be open from Thursday to Sunday between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. from February 8 to February 24, 2019. Visitors can show up directly at the Lorne Kiosk, located on the Dufferin Terrace to begin their visit. Québec Winter Carnival Effigy carriers will have the privilege to enjoy a buy one, get one free deal on our guided tour since this activity is a Hydro-Québec Partner Event as part of the 2019 Quebec Winter Carnival.
