Fans packed the CAA Centre for a sold-out fourth annual Hockey Night in Brampton, where NHL stars and hockey legends hit the ice in support of the William Osler Health System and building Brampton’s second hospital. Team Matthews, coached by Darryl Sittler, and Team Tanev, coached by Wendel Clark, went head-to-head in a high-energy charity game that celebrated both hockey and community spirit, with Team Tanev securing a hard-fought 10–9 victory.

The event raised $6,670,000 with a historic $50,000,000 pledge from the Cortellucci Family for the William Osler Health System Foundation, making Hockey Night in Brampton the largest and most impactful community charity hockey game in Canada.

This year’s game once again supported efforts to enhance health care services in Brampton, including building Brampton’s second hospital.

This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity of donors and sponsors. The City thanks its Presenting Sponsor 407 ETR along with its Changemaker Sponsors Argo Development, Paradise Homes, Regency Homes, Liuna, DG Group, Charger Logistics, Great Gulf, Capital Power and all additional partners and donors for their support in making this year’s game a tremendous success.
