Saurin Dave Honoured by Indian Ambassador at New York Consulate

The Consulate General of India in New York recently hosted a grand celebration commemorating Gujarat and Maharashtra Day, bringing together distinguished dignitaries, community leaders, and members of the Indian diaspora from across North America.

The prestigious event was graced by the presence of the Ambassador of India to the United States, Vinay Mohan Kwatra, and the Consul General of India in New York, Binaya Pradhan. Also in attendance were the Mayor of West Windsor, the Mayor of Parsippany, New Jersey, renowned Indian actress Archana Joglekar, and former Union Minister of Commerce & Industry and Railways, Suresh Prabhu.

During the distinguished gathering, renowned Toronto-based astrologer Saurin Dave was honoured by Ambassador Vinay Mohan Kwatra and Consul General Binaya Pradhan in recognition of his contributions, achievements, and continued efforts in promoting Indian cultural and spiritual traditions within the community.

The celebration served as a vibrant reflection of India’s rich cultural heritage and the growing accomplishments of the Indian diaspora across North America, further strengthening the bonds of unity and cultural pride among overseas Indians.
